PRE-TREATMENT GUIDANCE
Patch Testing

All new clients, and existing clients who have not visited for over a period of 6 months are required to have a patch test performed 24-48 hours prior to all lash and brow treatments. Once your appointment is booked, you may book your patch test online or a member of our team will contact you to arrange it. Any patch tests that are booked online without a secured appointment will be cancelled.


The test involves the application of a small number of lashes or a small amount of product being placed onto the skin to help us determine if a client has any allergies or sensitivity relating to the desired treatment.


Patch tests are not optional and you risk your appointment being cancelled if you fail to schedule it.



Appointment Etiquette


It is important that you are on time for your appointment, as late attendance may result in your appointment being rescheduled or cancelled and a cancellation fee being charged.


Your lashes and brows must be clean and mascara/ make up free, as extra cleansing during your appointment will result in less time being dedicated to your treatment.


For lash extension Infills, you must have at least 40% of existing lash extensions present and your last appointment must have been no more than 3 weeks prior, otherwise a full set is required.



Cancellation Policy


We operate a strict 24-hour cancellation policy in order to accommodate a high demand for appointments. We are more than happy to reschedule or cancel appointments providing we have at least 24-hours notice, as cancellations within this timeframe are disruptive to the schedule of our team, results in other clients missing out on appointments, and are costly to the business


We are aware that things can happen at the last minute and assure you that we will always be understanding and sympathetic in certain circumstances. However, we reserve the right to charge you a cancellation fee of up to the full treatment amount where less than 24-hours notice is given for a rescheduled or cancelled appointment, or in instances of no-shows. Should this occur, we will request that you pre-pay in full to secure all future appointments.

  • LASH EXTENSIONS

    AFTERCARE ADVICE: LASH EXTENSIONS


    Avoid getting your lashes wet and having steamy showers for the first 24 hours after your lash appointment.


    Do not use oil-based products around the eye area and use water-based, glycol-free make up and make up remover.


    Keep your lashes clean by cleansing them daily. (Lash Cleanser & Brush Set recommended and available to purchase within).


    Blot your lashes to dry them and avoid brushing them when wet.


    Gently brush your lashes twice daily. (Free Lash Spooley provided)


    Do not apply mascara, perm or tint your lashes or use an eyelash curler.


    Try to sleep on your back and take care not to pull or rub your lashes.


    Book an appointment for an infill every 2- 3 weeks.


    Do not attempt to remove your lashes yourself. Return to Luxe Lashes London to have them professionally removed.

  • LASH LIFT

    AFTERCARE ADVICE: LASH LIFT


    Avoid getting your lashes wet and having steamy showers for the first 24 hours after your lash appointment.


    Do not apply any products around the eye area for the first 24 hours.


    Apply a conditioning solution or oil to your lashes daily to keep them moisturised. (Lash & Brow Conditioning Serum recommended and available to purchase within).


    Mascara can be worn after 24 hours.


    Allow 3- 4 weeks before tinting your lashes.


    The Lash Lift can be performed again after 8 weeks.

  • BROW LAMINATION

    AFTERCARE ADVICE: BROW LAMINATION


    Avoid wearing eyebrow make up, getting your eyebrows wet, hot  steamy showers, saunas and excessive sweating for the first 24 hours after your appointment.


    Try to sleep on your back and take care not to rub your eyebrows.


    Gently brush your eyebrows upwards each day and back into position after washing your face.


    Apply a conditioning solution or oil to your eyebrows daily to keep them moisturised. (Lash & Brow Conditioning Serum recommended and available to purchase within).

  • BROW HENNA

    AFTERCARE ADVICE: BROW HENNA


    Avoid hot steamy showers, saunas, excessive sweating and swimming pools for the first 24 hours after your appointment.


    Do not use oil-based products around the eyebrow area and use water-based, glycol-free make up and make up remover.


    Avoid excessive exposure to UV rays to prevent premature fading.

  • HD BROWS

    AFTERCARE ADVICE: HD BROWS


    Avoid excessive touching and rubbing of the eyebrows for the first 24 hours after your appointment.


    Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, and the use of sunbeds, saunas, steam rooms and swimming pools for the first 48 hours after your appointment.

  • HD BROWSCULPT (BROW LAMINATION)

    AFTERCARE ADVICE: HD BROWSCULPT (BROW LAMINATION)


    Avoid exfoliating (both acid exfoliators and scrubs) and anti-ageing products around the eyebrow area for three days either side of your appointment.


    Avoid fake tanning products on the face for three days either side of your appointment.


    Avoid getting your eyebrows wet, hot  steamy showers, saunas and excessive sweating for the first 24 hours after your appointment.


    Try to sleep on your back and take care not to rub your eyebrows.


    Gently brush your eyebrows upwards each day and back into position after washing your face.


    Apply a conditioning solution or oil to your eyebrows daily to keep them moisturised. (HD Brows Miracle Daily Conditioner recommended and available to purchase within)
